1. Using Bravos

Bravos (bravos.one) is a career platform run from Uppal, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Bravos.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• Give your real name and keep your details accurate. One account is for one person.
• You can sign in with your email and password, or with Google. Keep your password and your Google account secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us at once at support@bravos.one if you think someone else is using your account.

3. Job seekers

• Your profile, resumes and files remain yours. You allow Bravos to store them and to show them to the recruiters you apply to, and to verified recruiters searching for candidates only if you switch that on in your profile.
• Only upload information that is true and that you have the right to share.
• An application, once sent, is a copy kept by the recruiter who received it.

4. Employers and recruiters

This covers employer, consultancy and hiring manager accounts.

• Register with your work email and give true details about your organisation. Bravos reviews organisations before their jobs go live, and may ask for proof.
• Post only real, open vacancies, and describe them honestly.
• Never charge a candidate any fee for applying, for an interview or for a job.
• Use candidate information only to recruit for the role it was shared for. Do not sell it, share it outside your hiring team, or use it for marketing.
• Follow the employment and anti-discrimination laws that apply to you.
• A consultancy may keep its client's name confidential on a listing, but must not misrepresent the job.

Bravos may edit, pause or remove any listing that breaks these rules.

5. Plans and credits

Recruiter plans, their prices and the credits they include are shown on the Pricing page. Credits are used as described there, for example when a job is first published. Prices may change, but a change never affects a plan you have already paid for until it renews.

6. Bravos Drive

Files you store in Bravos Drive are private unless you share them. You decide who can see a shared file and can stop sharing at any time. Storage limits apply. Please keep your own copy of anything important; Drive is not a backup service.

7. What is not allowed

• Fake jobs, fake profiles, or pretending to be someone else or another company.
• Spam, scams, or asking anyone for money, bank details or passwords.
• Uploading anything illegal, harmful or that you do not have the right to share, including malware.
• Copying or collecting data from Bravos with bots or scrapers.
• Trying to get around Bravos's security, or into accounts or files that are not yours.
• Harassing or abusing anyone through messages or any other feature.

8. What Bravos does and does not do

Bravos connects job seekers with employers and recruiters. We are not the employer, and we are not a party to any job offer or employment. We check recruiter organisations, but we cannot guarantee every listing, applicant or offer, and we do not promise that anyone will be hired.

Be careful with any offer that asks you to pay, or that looks too good to be true, and report it to us.

9. Closing or suspending accounts

You can ask us to close your account at any time by writing to support@bravos.one. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or to protect other users, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

10. Liability

We work to keep Bravos available and correct, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, Bravos is not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost earnings or opportunities, that come from using or not being able to use the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

12. Changes and contact

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you by email or on the site before an important change takes effect. Questions:
