Job Description

R1 RCM is hiring candidates for AR/RCM Operations roles in Hyderabad.

We are looking for both freshers and experienced candidates for opportunities in Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow Up and UP Validation.

Available opportunities include:

1. AR Follow Up – Freshers

• Open to 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 graduates.
• Graduates from any discipline are eligible, except B.E./B.Tech.

2. AR Follow Up – Experienced

• Minimum 18+ months of AR/RCM experience.
• Candidates should have knowledge of Denial Management and AR scenarios.

3. UP Validation

• Minimum 8 months of relevant Hospital Billing / Underpayments / AR RCM experience.
• For B.Tech candidates, minimum 12 months of Hospital Billing / Underpayments / AR RCM experience is required.

Requirements

Candidates should be willing to work from office and operate in night shifts.
